How to use this tool
Choose the number of subscriptions, their estimated weekly sending frequency, and your planning period. The estimate is newsletters × emails per week × days ÷ 7, rounded up. For 25 newsletters sending twice a week over 30 days, that is about 215 messages.
Why might actual volume differ?
Welcome sequences, seasonal campaigns, inactive senders, delivery failures, and confirmation requirements change the number of messages. Try several frequency assumptions and keep headroom in your inbox workflow.
